A silhouette is a dark foreground with colorful background.
Paint the background with wet on wet technique. Let it dry well. Paint the foreground with black wet on dry technique. You can do it free hand our can draw with pencil first and then with paint.
Please note -If the background not fully dried the black paint will disperse not giving desired outcome.
