Yarn wall hanging:-

Woollen threads
Sticks (I used newspaper sticks)

Take equal lengths of sticks..

Keep the sticks in perpendicular direction (as plus sign)Take one particular color and start rolling it in diagonal direction.

After few rolls, change the direction. It should be rolled in manner of X (this is to keep the two sticks tied together strongly)

Now take the thread over stick 1 to the stick. 2.

Like this..

And then bring it under the stick 2 and roll again.. take it to stick 3.. And so on

For changing the color, tie the next color and carry on

Change of color again..
